G&S Graphix takes great pride in the quality of all products we sell. We have practices in place to insure all online orders are fulfilled accurately and ship swiftly. Please note, some items are pre-order and will only be printed and shipped on dates specified within the item description. All on line sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or refunds, except in the event of rare occurrence of a manufacture defect. It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact G&S prior to any defected items being sent back, for replacement or refund. G&S Graphix will have the final determination as to if any item(s) is defective.
All custom print orders are designed, printed, and shipped direct from G&S. A minimum order of 24 units per custom print order is required. That could include Any number of short sleeve, long sleeve, hoodies and/or any other printed apparel. All custom orders are required to have a final proof signed off as approval and full payment received before the order processes. Completion of custom orders is 7-10 business days from the time all art work is approved and invoice is paid in full. Specialty prints and/or specialty inks will add additional days to completion date. Rush orders are available, and additional fees will be applied to any order required to be completed prior to 7 business days. Once art work is approved by the customer, apparel will be printed just as it is in the proof. G&S is not responsible for spelling, graphix, or any other errors that made be found after printing. No re-prints or refunds will be given on approved proofs.
Screen printing is a mass production/assembly line type of production. We highly recommend ordering 1 additional shirt per size at the time of placing the order, for the customer to have on hand. Once an order is complete, G&S removes screens and prepares to print the next custom order. If additional shirts are needed after the order has been printed and completed, a min of 24 additional shirts will be required as well as a separate set up fee. G&S has procedures in place that orders are counted 4 times prior to being shipped/delivered to each customer. We are always 100% confident in fulfilling each order by the invoice without missing any units. This is VERY important to us, and we know it is VERY important to our customers. This is the reason we take additional time and insure items are counted at least 4 times before being released.
